SensorData Technologies' Turnkey Measurement System transmits data wirelessly at 915 MHz with a range of up to 750 feet. This eliminates the need for cabling on rotating or moving components such as belt conveyors, enabling real-time monitoring from a remotely located base station connected to a PC via USB.

The system supports 4-component simultaneous measurement, capturing tensile force (Fz), horizontal bending moment (Mx), vertical bending moment (My), and twisting moment (Mz). This multi-axis capability enables comprehensive stress analysis and combined stress calculations compared against predetermined maximum allowable values for conveyor and material handling components.

No license is required. The system operates in the ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) frequency band at 915 MHz, which is license-free. The system includes purpose-built data acquisition and display software with archiving capabilities.
